Despite the Great Depression, Cadillac produced, in 1933, as many as 125 examples of the chassis with a V16 engine, which were bodyworked by a series of specialists, with stylistic solutions that were often quite different from each other. Among the happiest results was the installation Allweaher Phaeton, a work by Fleetwood, with classic and well-proportioned shapes.
