Small family cars derived from commercial vehicles are a tradition that has existed in Renault since the days of the 4 type F4 / F6. The current Kangoo, which went into production in January 2008, derives partially from the Scénic and marks a marked improvement in road behavior and comfort compared to the previous generation. The launch of the basic model was followed by the variants Be-Bop (February 2009) and Grand Kangoo (April 2012). A restyling was carried out in March 2013. Among the most popular engines are the 1500cc diesel, with powers ranging from 70 to 110 horsepower.
