The Super Bird was a special version of the Road Runner, produced in 1970 in about 1900 units. The car's plastic nose contributed 48 centimeters to the overall length of the car, which was 5.61 meters. The wing profile support fin raised 64 centimeters above the trunk. The car was used on the track in NASCAR racing.
