Vans play an important role in Peugeot's history. The J7, presented in 1965, opened a new chapter of the light commercial vehicles of the house of the Lion, replacing the D4A. The J7 enjoyed a long career, being used in many sectors, from civil to security and service (firefighters, ambulance, etc.). The J7 was replaced in October 1981 by the J9, with a similar appearance but with a higher load capacity.
