Lamborghini unveiled the Estoque, a four-door, four-seat car, at the Paris Motor Show in October 2008. It was a prototype not developed beyond the design study. The mechanics were those of the Gallardo LP560-4, i.e. a V10 engine, however placed at the front. The stylistic elements of the front, with the slashing nose, referred to the Reventon. The idea was to compete with the sports sedans of Aston Martin, Porsche and Maserati.
