Olympia was the model with which Opel resumed activity after the Second World War. The name echoed that of the car produced from 1938 to 1940. In production since 1947, the Olympia had three series: the third series remained available from 1951 to 1953, with minimal differences from the second. The engine was still the 1488cc 4-cylinder which gave a power of 39 horsepower at 3500 rpm.
