Presented in 1969, its line was quite reminiscent of the TR4 and it was no coincidence that the basic concept was once again due to Michelotti, even if the car had been reworked by the German Karmann. Unlike the TR4, the Triumph TR6 switched to a 2498cc and 143 horsepower 6-cylinder engine. It had a respectable power for the time, which made the car capable of exceeding 200 km / h. The TR6 remained in production from 1969 to 1976 with nearly 100,000 units sold.
