Designed by Marcello Gandini, who at the time worked at Bertone, the Iso Grifo Lele was produced from 1969 to 1974 and was located between Grifo and Fidia. This car owes its name to Rachele “Lele”, the wife of Piero Rivolta, son of Renzo, founder of the brand. Equipped initially with a 350 horsepower General Motors V8, the Lele later received the 325 horsepower Ford Cleveland V8 engine.
