The Skoda 100 / 100L was introduced in 1969 as a development of the 1000/1100 model, which had been produced from 1964 until that year. With a redesigned front and larger rear window, the Skoda 100 series was a more comfortable and modern car. The engine was the 988cc 4-cylinder. Produced until 1977, the 100 / 100L was joined by the 110 / 110L, with the 1100cc engine.
