The name of Pietro Frua was often linked to that of Maserati, as this interpretation of the 5000GT also demonstrates. The Turin coachbuilder was asked by one of the characters of the international jet-set, Aga Khan Karim IV. It was at that time that the British prince of Iranian origin began to frequent Italy.
